Returns & Exchanges – Mabel Bloom

At Mabel Bloom, we hope you love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we are happy to provide:

  • Exchange, or

  • Store credit

Items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed)

  • With all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Faulty Items

We take quality seriously. If your item is found to be faulty, you are entitled to:

  • Refund,

  • Exchange, or

  • Store credit

Please return faulty items within 7 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase.

Additional Information

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty

  • Store credit is valid for 2 years from date of issue

  • Mabel Bloom reserves the right to assess the condition of all returned items
