2. Products & Availability

All items are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate; however, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities per customer
Discontinue products at any time
Refuse or cancel orders if necessary

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable). Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless required by law. You will receive confirmation once your order has been processed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Pricing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Stock availability issues

5. Shipping (Online Orders)

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.

Mabel Bloom is not responsible for:

Delays caused by postal services
Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered

No refunds for change of mind
Exchange or store credit available (conditions apply)
Refunds available on faulty items only

7. Faulty Items

If an item is deemed faulty, customers are entitled to a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a refund, exchange, or store credit.
